In a recent spurt of ingenuity... of a mediocre kind... I took it upon myself to begin favoriting other people's work here on Deviant Art, to let people know how I feel. But recently it occurred to me that I do not comment. Many people I favorite are requesting critiques, and it leaves me with a kind of unfulfilled feeling to simply say "Dude. Love it. Favorite. Kay, bye."

Then again I have so many pieces on here daily that I enjoy to the point of being able to say "I would like to store that in my favorites for later viewing." Surely I don't have enough spare time, despite my seemingly endless supply, to bother to comment on EVERYTHING I like on here.

And why just what I like? Shouldn't I be telling the guys who take a close up shot of a woman's vagina that they're failing at an attempt to represent imagery and are really just submitting porn? Well now the amount of time I spend commenting on other people's pieces has been increased ten fold if I decide to do that. : |

So, yeah, I guess people who get a favorite from me are just gonna have to assume I liked it as it was and didn't have anything worth saying to add to it or future submissions like it.

They should just be happy someone liked it. D <
